This is a new build affordable housing project of eight 2-bedroom social rented apartments in London’s Soho Conservation Area.

An existing 3 storey Georgian façade has been retained on Greek Street, with 2 levels added to bring the building up to its neighbours’ height.

All apartments are double aspect and ‘corridor-free’ featuring doubly curved handmade balustrading on the balconies – and views over ‘Paraiso’ – a stainless steel bust set against a living green wall in the courtyard below.

Bespoke ‘Wedgwood blue’ tiles made from moulds 3D-printed in our studio, define the rear ground floor elevation.
