We were asked to explore concepts to provide an experience similar to that of The Newt (Somerset), Daylesford Farm (Cotswolds), and Soho Farmhouse (Oxfordshire).

Set on farmland within the Portledge Manor Estate and overlooking the Celtic Sea the design provides a venue, bar, restaurant, retail, and hotel.
